Overview
The TRV-20E is a two-stage RV reducer for the heavy joints of small and medium industrial robots, welding positioners and index tables. A spur first stage drives crankshafts that orbit two cycloid discs in a ring of precision pins; the output carrier runs in integrated angular-contact bearings that carry the joint's tilting moment directly.
With five times rated torque available for emergency stops and high torsional rigidity, the TRV-20E holds tool-point accuracy on long arms.
