Returns and refunds

Standard catalogue gearboxes can be returned unused, in original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Custom or modified products are not returnable.

Damaged in transit

Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace the item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the return.
