Terms and conditions

These terms apply to purchases from Torqtron. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated. GST is charged at the applicable rate and shown on the invoice.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel and refund an order if an item cannot be supplied.

Custom parts

Custom flanges, housings and couplings are manufactured after drawing approval and cannot be cancelled once machining starts.

Warranty

Gearboxes are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from dispatch when used within published ratings.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

Jurisdiction

Disputes are subject to the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.
