Overview
The TQ-PL060 is a 60 mm frame precision planetary gearbox built for the most common servo size in automation: 200 W to 400 W. Case-hardened, ground planet gears run on needle bearings inside an integral ring gear, and the output shaft rides on two large deep-groove ball bearings for radial loads from belts and pinions.
Single-stage ratios from 3:1 to 10:1 give backlash of 3 arcmin or less and 97% efficiency. Two-stage ratios from 15:1 to 100:1 add a second planetary set in the same housing diameter. The clamping hub and replaceable adapter flange let you fit almost any servo or NEMA 23 stepper motor.

Servo motors of 200–400 W with a 60 mm flange (for example Yaskawa SGM7J-02/04, Delta ECMA-C206, Mitsubishi HG-KR 23/43) and NEMA 23 steppers. Tell us your motor model at checkout and we ship the right adapter flange and bushing.
What is the output shaft size?
Ø16 mm with a 5 mm key. A smooth shaft, a flange output or a custom shaft can be made on order.
