Overview
Compact two-stage RV reducer with an integrated main bearing and a wide choice of ratios. The industry-standard joint reducer for 6-axis industrial robots.
A spur first stage drives crankshafts that orbit two cycloid discs against a ring of pins. Many teeth share the load, so the reducer is very stiff and takes shock well, and the main bearing carries the tilting moment of the joint directly.
Typical uses: industrial robot base, shoulder and elbow joints, welding and painting positioners, machine-tool rotary tables and ATCs, heavy indexing tables and turntables.

Is the price the same for every ratio?
The TRV-80E costs ₹1,27,020 per unit, ex-works Rajkot, excluding GST and freight, for any listed ratio. MOQ is 1 piece; ask for volume pricing from 10 pieces.
Why are there two ratios for each size?
The listed ratio applies when the case is fixed and the shaft (carrier) is the output. If the shaft is fixed and the case rotates, the ratio is one less, for example 121:1 becomes 120:1, and the case turns in the same direction as the input gear.
Which motor can drive the TRV-80E?
Send us the motor model, flange and shaft size. We machine the input gear and, if needed, an adapter flange so the motor bolts straight on.
